A website and the work behind it
I built the public website and a separate staff application for South Sask Process Services. Someone asking for service needs a way to explain what they need; staff need the request information, documents and status to handle it.
My work started with business discovery and scoping. I handled domain setup, the business’s digital presentation, and branded email, and worked on website content, search/share metadata, deployment and operational health.

Submitting a request is not the same as handling it
The website explains the services and lets someone submit a request. It checks the information supplied before staff review the request.
Staff can work with the request’s documents and update its status in the separate application. The input checks do not decide how to handle the service; that remains staff responsibility.
