Design, production and recurring communication
I design catalogues, signs and labels, and produce employee cards. My work includes data merges, prepress, printer setup and finishing. For items made by outside fabricators, I supply the production artwork and coordinate with them.
I also produce newsletters and availability campaigns, set up audience segments and programme follow-ups, and use loyalty information for personalization and reminders. Some communication is produced manually; other messages follow configured triggers. For retail loyalty, I use data supplied through the POS vendor’s connection. I also review content for externally produced campaigns.
Working with AI tools and agents
I use AI tools and agents to research problems, build software and work through source material. I define the task and keep project instructions and decisions in records that later sessions can use.
I choose the tools, review the evidence and test changes before using the results. I limit sensitive information and keep decisions that need my review explicit.

Operations & Business Systems Manager
Lead operations and business systems across retail, wholesale and production in a highly seasonal organization.
I manage retail hard-goods purchasing, using reporting and seasonal planning to choose products, vendors and quantities. I train another manager in purchasing; other departments handle plant buying.
I also choose advertising channels and allocate spending within an established budget. A media company and another manager handle much of the campaign production and weekly work; I oversee timing, frequency and cost, and take part in proof approvals.
Coordinate retail, wholesale, production and leadership; facilitate planning meetings and develop SOPs, training and internal documentation.
Hands-on systems work
Build internal applications, automation and data transformation tools with Python, PowerShell and JavaScript for ERP, POS and operational workflows.
